If i do 30 mins of cardio burning 400 cals + adding in Winsor Pilates buns and thighs will i get thinner legs?

people who did windsor pilates, has it worked? im also eatign healthy.... approximately about how long will my legs get better. there not very fat but not skinny. i want to shape them better and lose a little fat on it and inches...

how long before i see results doing Pilates?

I've started Pilates by Mary Winsor and been doing it everyday for a month now..I am a Filipina and had rice out of my menu (it's our main food here) because it's loaded with carbohydrates. I lost an inch on my waist which i could see because my uniforms are have become lose and could see i have toned some muscles in the leg area...but of course, it's not drastic that everybody could see the results right away... If i continue this routine, should i see the benefits that Pilates has promised?Will my mid-area thin out and my body toned? Or am i just being fooled with what i notice that i actually could see some muscles forming, especially in the leg area in doing Pilates? My wedding is in October, by that time, would i be able to reach my goal?Like have a trimmed waist and no flabs in the upper arms or tummy?I'm not really expecting to really be sexy, but will i see really good results in this exercise in barely 3 months? i actually eat rice during weekdays at lunch but just a small heap, i need carbohydrates too, i know that, to keep me goind through the day at work...but at dinner, i only have my fresh salad and protein (eggs, meat or fish)...This has been going on for about 5 weeks now, and i actually had lose pants.. is the difference in my body now because of pilates or because of the diet? should i have another exercise routine for fast results?or is Pilates enough?I actually have Tae Bo video...should i also have it inserted in my exercise routine? I'm asking this, because i don't want to burn out too much because i have to work the next day... I went to the gymn but had stopped because weight-lifting is not for me, i guess...i don't like the bulk it creates in my arms and legs I liked Pilates because, at a height of 4'10", I actually could feel i have elongated my body and improved my posture, which, when i'm in heels and uniform, make me look slimmer... I walk the dog after dinner, is it enough cardio? i also eat fastfood, (burger, fries and soda) say once in a while, with friends... i do that so as to not make myself strave for it that you splurge... is this ok? I definitely don't eat chips anymore....
