hey all i know this seems to be damn stupid to ask but trust me i feel so desperate that this is kinda my last chance I'm not fat nor overweight but also I'm not fit at all (tones of belly, love handles! those arms... AAA they are killing me!) and I'm totally inflexible too. :-< :( i have dozens of workout dvds and i assume that's the problem! cause i can't choose one to go with and offcourse my real problem is i just CANNOT do them constantly and always quit after 3 days :(( i feel terrible so i need your help awfully i'm gonna write my dvd's name here and plz plz plzzz help me make a program out of it and also give me some clues on how staying motivated and stop quitting program after a week and these are my dvd collection: - all winsor pilates (ab-tigh-Accelerated-upperbody) - 10 min solution (burn- pilates) - fat burning for dummies - hi/lo aerobic workout - Davina my 30min workout - before and after charlie brooks - crunch cardio salsa - Ministry Of Sound Pump It Up - The Jordan Workout - shrink your female fat zone - yoga zone - Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone - 4 Mile - Jillian 30 day shred - i want that body - total body workout thanks you guys in advance PS.it's physical fitness that matters ;) Additional Details oh i should mention that before actually i'm kinda busy with university stuff so i can not find time for gym :(
